Supported Formats:

• MP3: The universal audio format, compatible with all devices
• M4A: Apple format with high quality at low file size

Recommendations for Best Results:

• Bitrate: At least 128 kbps
• Sample rate: 44.1 kHz or higher
• Mono or Stereo: Both are supported

Unsupported Formats: If you have other formats (WAV, FLAC, OGG, etc.), please convert them to MP3 or M4A before uploading.

Tip: Most recording devices and apps can record directly in MP3 or M4A!

What are Blueprints? Blueprints are intelligent templates that help Memoro process your recordings optimally:

• Meeting Blueprint: Optimized for meetings with multiple speakers
• Interview Blueprint: Ideal for two-person conversations
• Presentation Blueprint: Perfect for presentations and monologues
• Brainstorming Blueprint: For creative sessions and idea collection

Benefits of Using Blueprints:

• More accurate speaker recognition
• Better structuring of summaries
• Context-adapted AI analysis
• More relevant action items

Tip: Blueprint selection is optional. If you’re unsure, automatic processing works very well without a Blueprint too!

Estimated Processing Times:

• 5 minutes audio: ~30 seconds
• 30 minutes audio: ~3 minutes
• 1 hour audio: ~6 minutes
• 2 hours audio: ~12 minutes

Factors Affecting Duration:

• Audio quality (better quality = faster processing)
• Number of speakers
• Background noise
• Selected language
• Server load

What Happens During Processing?

1. Audio upload to secure servers
2. Automatic language detection

Tip: You’ll receive a notification once processing is complete!
